These are suggestions for tasks you might wish to do on a regular basis to keep your group up to date and sorted!
- Backing up your members list - a safeguard in case Yahoo suddenly decides to ditch your group for some reason
- Bouncing members - Freegle Direct can give you a list of bouncing members, this page explains. Yahoo also collects these up for you, Bouncing Members explains what bouncing means and how you can work with it.
- No mail to Special Notices - do you have members who have chosen 'No Mail'? This page explains how to make sure these members are kept up to date on your group
- Sending ID requests - how to nudge your members without a Yahoo ID into getting one
- Automated Files - when is the last time you checked the automated messages going out to your members? It's a good idea to read through them every now and then to see if they still reflect your guidelines and/or need refreshing.
