Development Group Report : May/June 2019

This report covers our work in May and June 2019.
Task 91 - Auto Messages
The first message on our template list was presented on Modtools for approval (or not) by group teams. Some felt it was a mistimed message, but generally it seems to have been accepted. Ray Owen will be in charge from now on to trigger these messages at the times we've agreed.
Stroll Admins
Edward asked for some help in scheduling local admins when he is in each group area.
