Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2023 will be the ninth AGM.
AGM 2023 outline Timetable:
- 21st August 2023 - latest date for Notice of Meeting
- 27th August 2023 - last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
- 4th September 2023 - AGM starts
- 7th September 2022 - AGM ends
