Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2024 will be the tenth AGM.

AGM 2024 outline Timetable:

  • 17th August 2024 - latest date for formal Notice of Meeting
  • 16th August 2024 - last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
  • 4th September 2024 - AGM starts
  • 6th September 2024 - AGM ends
