The Board discusses day to day matters on the Board Group and uses polls to help with decision-making. Directors are expected to read all mails and contribute regularly to this group.
The Board discusses day to day matters on the Board Group and uses polls to help with decision-making. Directors are expected to read all mails and contribute regularly to this group.   In April 2026, it was agreed to change to a portfolio governance M=model and the establishment of working groups.  The intention is to distribute workload and responsibilities more evenly across Board members, empowering our volunteer base, and maintaining strict financial  oversight.
