Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2024 will be the tenth AGM.
AGM 2024 outline Timetable:
- 17th August 2024 - latest date for formal Notice of Meeting
- 16th August 2024 - last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
- 4th September 2024 - AGM starts
- 6th September 2024 - AGM ends
