Annually at the AGM some Directors have to stand down in accordance with the Rules [[1]] and an election held to fill vacancies.

For the AGM of 2020, the Directors voluntarily standing down are Dee Moss, Cat Fletcher, Christian Brenninkmeijer and Ray Owen. This means 4 elected Directors are leaving, creating a total of 5 vacancies, as the current Board has 8 elected Directors for 9 places.

The election for new Directors commenced 26th September 2020 with a nomination deadline of 6th October 2020.

Three nominations were confirmed as candidates so, because there was not more candidates than vacancies, they were elected unopposed at the 2020 AGM. The candidates were Dee Moss, Cat Fletcher, Craig Hilton, Michael Hoeben and Ruth Willmore.
