Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules.
AGM 2019 Timetable:
- 7th October - Notice of Meeting
- 19th October - Notice of new date for Meeting
- 4th November - Last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
- 11th November - AGM starts
- 17th November - AGM ends
