Safety & Safeguarding
From Freegle Wiki
Freegle Volunteer Wiki › 🛡️ Safety & Safeguarding
Keeping people safe is part of every volunteer's job, whether that means looking out for children and vulnerable adults on your group, or looking after your own wellbeing while you volunteer from home or at an event. This section covers both: Freegle's safeguarding policy and contacts, and practical health and safety guidance for volunteers.
Start here: if you have a safeguarding worry right now, go straight to If you have a Safeguarding Concern. Otherwise, Safeguarding sets out the overall policy.
