Notice of AGM 2017 Meeting
Notice posted on Central 9.9.17 [1] and sent personally to all Freegle Members.
The third AGM of Freegle Ltd will be held on Freegle UK Central between 00.00hrs Monday 25th September 2017 and 11.59hrs Monday 2nd October 2017.
This is an opportunity for you to join in and have your say on how Freegle should progress over the coming year. All Freegle Volunteers are entitled to attend and speak at the meeting but as a Member you are also able to:
- Propose a resolution
- Vote during the meeting
The agenda and minutes of the last AGM can be found at http://wiki.ilovefreegle.org/AGM_2017. The closing dates for receipt of resolutions from Members is 17th September 2017. These should be sent to returningofficer@ilovefreegle.org.
