4.4 Financial Management

Current financial records and accounts are presented regularly at Board meetings, and can also be requested from the Finance Director or the Treasurer.

Two signatures are required to approve any payment. A minimum of three signatories are required for the bank account.
The Treasurer is copied into board emails and other correspondence relating to financial matters.
The Board appoints a Finance and Risk Working Group.
