5.3 AGM, General Meetings and Elections

An online AGM is held each year in the autumn. It is currently held over 3 days on Discourse. All volunteers are welcome to attend and comment, but only Members can vote. The meeting is organised by the Returning Officers.

Director elections are also organised by the Returning Officers, and are timed to coincide with the AGM.
