Default message used by caretaker communities for approved messages:

Hi Freegle Member

You've requested a moderator to contact you. Please reply to this message with your question and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

For future reference, if you need to contact a moderator you can do this via the 'Contact community volunteers' link at the foot of the contact/help page, or by sending your message to the group owner email address, which you'll find at the bottom of any moderator message. On a busy day, requests for help can go unnoticed if posted on the main board.

Kind regards
$myname
$networkname for $groupname
