Reporting Problems

When reporting user problems for the website, app or Modtools, it saves a lot of time if you always include the following information (even if you don't see why it might be necessary).

• The userid of the affected user.
• Whether they are using the app or a browser.
• If the app, whether they are on IOS or Android, and the app version number.
• If a browser, which browser, which version of the browser, and which operating system . http://www.whatsmybrowser.org will give the information needed, quote the link or information provided.
• If it might be relevant, does the user have any unusual security/privacy software installed.
