Reporting Problems

When reporting user problems with the website, app or ModTools, it saves a lot of time if you always include the following information (even if you don't see why it might be necessary):

• The user ID of the affected user.
• Whether they're using the app or a browser.
• If the app, whether they're on iOS or Android, and the app version number.
• If a browser, which browser, which version of the browser, and which operating system. http://www.whatsmybrowser.org will give you the information needed - quote the link or the information it provides.
• If it might be relevant, whether the user has any unusual security or privacy software installed.
