9/10th August 2017 Preliminary email sent to all owner addresses and associated individual email addresses. Notice gave link to become a Member in order to participate and/or take part in election, and link to wiki for information on forthcoming AGM.
2nd September 2017 Email sent to Central to announce 5 Board vacancies and inviting nominations for candidates [1].
9th September 2017 Email sent to Central and all Members formally announcing the AGM for 2017, including the notification that Directors will be appointed as part of the Agenda. [2].
10th September 2017 Email sent to Central closing period of nomination and announcing 4 nominations received. No election will be held but Q&A to go ahead. [3].
13th September 2017 and 20th September 2017 Emails sent to Central announcing start and finish of Candidate Q&A session. [4]
2016
28th September 2016 Preliminary email sent to all owner addresses and associated individual email addresses. Notice gave dates of AGM and link to become a Member in order to participate and/or take part in election. Also posted on Central.[5]. A reminder that the period of nomination was closing was posted on the same thread on 8th October 2016.
29th September 2016 Email sent to all group owner and associated individual email addresses announcing 5 Board vacancies and inviting nominations for candidates. Also posted on Central [6]
2nd October 2016 Confirmation of candidates to date posted to Central [7]
8th October 2016 Notification of end of nomination period posted to Central [8]. Only 3 candidates for 5 vacancies so no poll to be held, but Q&A session to go ahead.

Directors 2015 Election Details
17th May 2015 Nominations were requested for 9 vacancies on Board, via special notice on Freegle UK Central [11] and by mail to all group owner addresses. Election details http://freegle.it/Directors2015ElectionDetails or Directors 2015 Election Details. The vacancies are due to all Directors being required to step down at Freegle Ltd first AGM.
2nd July 2015 Update posted on Central reopening period of nomination for candidates, to finish 9th July 2015. One week Q&A session to start after that, and then a week for voting in the election. [12]
12th July 2015 Candidates confirmed and the Q&A session were announced on Central [13].
19th July 2015 Q&A session announced ended on Central 19th July 2015 [14].
22nd July 2015 Q&A session reopened on Central as first announcement was missed by some as it wasn't sent out as a special notice. [15]
2nd August 2015 Q&A session closed on Central [16].
