Recruiting Group Volunteers
OK, you have identified a need for more volunteers to moderate or promote your group. The following steps are a suggestion on how you can get suitable people to join your team.
Whether the work needed is moderating or promotion, there are similar processes and requirements needed to find your ideal people. In order to make this simpler for you, though, we have split up the recruiting processes for the different roles.
