In December 2024, Edward introduced a new way of encouraging more freegling: https://discourse.ilovefreegle.org/t/last-minute-christmas-idea/8156

An invitation was shown on every member's account, asking them to sign the Freegle Pledge. On 2nd January 2025, an email was sent to everyone who had signed up (618 people), thanking them for taking part and encouraging them to start offering soon.
