- The user ID of the affected user.
- Whether they're using the app or a browser.
- If the app, whether they're on iOS or Android, and the app version number.
- If a browser, which browser, which version of the browser, and which operating system. http://www.whatsmybrowser.org will give you the information needed - quote the link or the information it provides.
- If it might be relevant, whether the user has any unusual security or privacy software installed.
