We all know what it's like, we know we should have a clever, strong and different password for every website we register with, but it is so easy to use the same one time and again.
But as we all use the internet more and more it is really important to keep our identities as safe as we can.
Firefox has a handy guide - [1] which gives some ideas you can adopt.
Microsoft also offers some good advice [2] along with a password strength checker.
