Sample message you can use if a member is trying to contact volunteers via an offer or request post.

Default message used by caretaker groups for pending messages:

Dear Freegle Member,

You have requested a moderator to contact you. How can I help you? For future reference, if you need to contact us you will get a faster response by sending your question directly to moderators at $owneremail

Hi Freegle Member

You have requested a moderator to contact you. Please reply to this email with your question or query and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

For future reference, if you need to contact a moderator you can do this via the 'contact community volunteers' link at the foot of the contact/ help page. Or send your email to the group owner email address which you will find at the bottom of any moderator email. On a busy day requests for help can go unnoticed when posted on the main board.
