Annually at the AGM some Directors have to stand down in accordance with the Rules [[1]] and an election held to fill vacancies.

For the AGM of 2019, the Directors voluntarily standing down are Jo Fisher and Andy Ludlow, and Sheila Little's term of office is completed. This means 3 elected Directors are leaving, creating a total of 4 vacancies, as the current Board has 8 elected Directors.

The election for new Directors commenced 28th September 2019 with a nomination deadline of 7th October 2019. This deadline was extended to noon 12th October 2019 as there were only 3 nominations accepted by 7th October, but there were no more received.

Three nominations were confirmed as candidates so, because there are fewer candidates than vacancies, they will be elected unopposed at the 2019 AGM. The candidates are Jo Fisher, Andy Ludlow and David Greenfield.
