When reporting user problems for the website, app or Modtools, it saves a lot of time if you always include the following information (even if you don't see why it might be necessary).
- The userid of the affected user.
- Whether they are using the app or a browser.
- If the app, whether they are on IOS or Android, and the app version number.
- If a browser, which browser, which version of the browser, and which operating system . http://www.whatsmybrowser/org will give the information needed, quote the link or information provided.
