Freegle Ltd is required to maintain registers of members and directors, in accordance with Rules 95 - 96.
This information is maintained by the Company Secretary.
Current Process:
A membership form is available for completion by anyone wishing to become a Member of Freegle Ltd. Payment of £1 needs to be made for one share. When payment is received and the applicant is verified under Rules 12 as being an eligible applicant, a numbered share certificate is issued via email.
The form is part of a googledoc where all the completed details are automatically added to a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is the register of Members, with another sheet on the same spreadsheet recording details of Directors, as the register of Directors.
