Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2021 will be the seventh AGM.
AGM 2021 Timetable:
- 5th Octonber - latest date for Notice of Meeting
- 20th October - Last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
- 18th October - AGM starts
- 24th October - AGM ends
