'''Stones and pebbles''' are unlawful to remove from a beach

'''Seaglass''' is OK to remove

'''Seashells''' are Ok to remove, (as long as uninhabited), but are part of the ecosystem of the beach

'''Driftwood''' is OK to to remove, but, like shells, are part of the ecosystem of the beach

'''Fossils''' are OK to remove, but interesting and rare items should be reported to local scientific/museum establishment
