STRUCTURE GROUP REPORT - September 2011
This is a summary of discussions since our last report of 30th August 2011, covering messages 9213 to 9290. Our membership stands at 69 (one less than last month).
The topics we have discussed this month are below.
Task 70 - Auditor role description
(Task complete)
We discussed the Auditor role description and requirements and we produced a document which was accepted unanimously by a poll on Structure - Message #9251 on 5th September.
AGM 2011
(Task complete for this group)
Jacky and Ed kicked off the preparation for the AGM by asking each working group for a report covering activities since we started Freegle. This will allow us to assess what we have achieved so far and will clarify what we need to be focusing on now and into the future. The AGM 2011 Structure Report was submitted for inclusion with the AGM papers.
Task 54 - National Volunteers
(Task complete)
We discussed and agreed a procedure for National Volunteers and produced a document which was polled on Structure - Message #9284 on 21st September. The document was accepted with an 88% vote.
