Discussions continued on how we could organise a system for finding volunteers to offer help to groups who would like it and how best to match the volunteers with these groups.

It was suggested that providing a starter publicity pack would be very useful. This would require funding.

A poll was held to find out how many volunteers would be prepared to offer an hour a week on average to help. Six people voted yes. Some of these volunteers are already helping groups or volunteering on national tasks. Ten people expressed interest but said they were not able to help at the moment.

It was agreed to refer to the volunteer helpers as "Helping Hands" and that GAT would keep the Helper list and call upon them when needed.
