Dear Freegle Volunteer, this is a reminder email in case you missed the first one. It seems to have taken forever, but at long last we can all sign up to be members of the new Freegle Ltd. The more serious info is covered later, but basically we can, for the bargain fee of just £1, have formal membership of the new Freegle organisation. Hi <group name> Freegle Volunteers,

In February we let you know that all Freegle Volunteers can now become shareholders (members) of Freegle Ltd. Very many thanks to all of you who have already done this. We want to make sure that everyone knows about this opportunity so that as many Volunteers as possible can take part in the voting at the first Freegle Ltd AGM. All Freegle Volunteers are entitled to be shareholders but only shareholders can vote in AGM polls and stand and vote for a new Board of Directors. We will be announcing the date of the AGM shortly and this will be your chance to hear about Freegle Ltd's first year, let us know your thoughts on future plans as well as propose changes. A bulk mail was sent out by Returning Officers to all group owner addresses, which included notice of the AGM:

Hi (group name) Freegle Volunteers,

In February 2014 we elected nine individuals to serve as Directors of this newly forming IPS. We thank those individuals, the Freegle Reps and all other Freegle Volunteers who worked so hard to set up Freegle Ltd. Now that the IPS is fully formed, in Freegle Ltd will soon host its first Annual General Meeting (AGM). The first AGM of Freegle Ltd will be held Monday, 8 June 2015 (00:01) to Tuesday, 16 June 2015 (23:59) inclusive on Freegle UK Central. As detailed in our Rules under Retirement Cycle, all the current Directors are obliged to stand down at the first AGM. As such, there will be an election for 9 Directors. If you know a member of Freegle Ltd who has skills, knowledge and experience that could help take Freegle to its next stage of development please suggest that they stand in this election (or nominate yourself if you do). A bulk mail to all group owner addresses was sent out by the Board to remind people of the AGM and membership of Freegle Ltd:

Hi <group name> Freegle Volunteers,

The first AGM of Freegle Ltd will be held MONDAY 8 JUNE 2015 (0001hrs) to TUESDAY 16 JUNE 2015 (2359hrs) inclusive on Freegle UK Central. If you would like to stand as a Director of Freegle Ltd, vote in the Director election or propose a resolution you need to have a share in Freegle Ltd. All Volunteers are entitled to one share each. To take up membership simply go to http:// freegle.it/JoinFreegleLtd?verify, complete the form and pay £1 fee (we are obliged to make this charge). You will need to have paid your Membership fee by 12am Monday 18th May, to allow for extra time before the e AGM so that the Membership Register can be prepared. If you're already a Member and would like to add an item to the agenda or would like any further information please contact: secretary@ ilovefreegle.org or directors@ ilovefreegle.org.
