Report for Freegle Mentors

June 2015

The Mentor team is a small team of hard working moderators who give up some of their time to help mentor new groups for the first six months of their groups being launched. They also try to restart some groups that appear to be abandoned and they care for groups that have either been handed over centrally for Freegle to run and need new mod teams to be recruited or that they have been asked to look after whilst the owner is ill or unable to look after their group for short periods.

Mentors are available for holiday cover for any groups going away so that groups don't need to be left unattended, so if you are planning a holiday, please do let us help rather than leave your group unmoderated while you are away.

The list below is just for the groups that are currently centrally owned and need new owners and mods. If any mod teams local to any ofthese groups would like to take any of these groups on as permanent new owners, please contact us.
