1. Create a joint Google email or Yahoo Group account where you can either use the calendar feature, and have separate shifts,  or  you can log in and out of .

2. Each have a separate account  kept for modding and all use one that connects to the same chat group  IM, Yahoo , or Google Chat, but make sure you click on online when moderating and offline when you are not.
