Capturing screenshots.

 Everyone seems to have their favourite software for this. Some free ones are:

 Windows Paint - Often ready loaded on nachines using windows operating systems

 Irfanview - http://www.irfanview.com/

 Paint.net.-  http://www.filehippo.com/download_paint.net/ Picasa - www.sharewareguide.net/reviews/review-of-picasa.html A google app..

 Teamviewer - www.teamviewer.com/download/

 GIMP .    gimp.en.softonic.com/    For those that are really keen as it is quite a big app. and a bit more complex

 One to pay for although you get a 30day free trial.
