====The Team====
Mentors currently have 9 members and 1 Board observer.

The Mentor team are:<br>
Alison, Christian, Cooky, David, Diz, Jacqui, and Jo.  Sheila Little is the team coordinator, Wanda is acting co-coordinator.  Andy Ludlow is our Board observer.

We advertised for a new mentor after Tom decided he needed to concentrate on family a little more.  We have had a couple of offers of help and are in discussion with the new volunteers.

====This Month====
Mentors have been busy this month as four new groups have opened so far, all needing a mentor for the first six months.  

We are also helping some groups to change to being  Native only.  A few group owners have asked for help after Edward explained some of the difficulties he is facing keeping Yahoo working with Freegle Direct.  If any group needs help with removing Yahoo, please mail us and we will arrange helping you with the switch to native hosting.

At the same time we are gradually moving the caretaker groups across to native hosting before advertising for new moderators. We advertised on the first caretaker group, Plymouth and had a good response. One new moderator is already up and running on the group.

====Caretaker Groups====
There are currently 35 groups listed on the caretaker list needing new owners and 11 that are being cared for temporarily.  These include some groups being cared for by non mentors. Since the list began, permanent new owners have been found for another 37 groups. Plymouth has been moved to the list we are helping care for now we have a new local moderator on board and so the caretaker list has reduced by one group this month.

We come again to the list of groups under the care of caretakers. If any mod teams local to any of these groups would like to take any of these groups on as permanent new owners, please contact us.
