New Guidelines
Guidelines are included in the Welcome Message below

At the moment we send guidelines after approval and I would like to change this so it gets sent on pending membership and includes a line about agreeing to follow guidelines and that we may moderate members I have put in my suggested changes

Note update welcome message where this is currently included when this is agreed
Note the guidelines below have been hacked together and in my view can be simplified

2. Please use emoticons where possible, or something like (grin) to indicate your tone. If in doubt of another poster's tone, assume they are speaking neutrally. It is easier on your blood pressure.
