- Freegle registered with the FCA (formerly FSA) [[1]] under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 as an Industrial and Provident Society (IPS). The registration was made 13th June 2014, registration no. 32410R.
- The HMRC confirmed charitable registration of Freegle Ltd, using the same reg. no. as Freegle UK - XT32865 [[2]] on 11th March 2015.
