Nominations were requested for 9 vacancies on Board, via special notice on Freegle UK Central [1] and by mail to all group owner addresses on 17th May 2015. Election details http://freegle.it/Directors2015ElectionDetails or Directors 2015 Election Details. The vacancies are due to all Directors being required to step down at Freegle Ltd first AGM.

2nd July 2015
Update posted on Central reopening period of nomination for candidates, to finish 9th July 2015. One week Q&A session to start after that, and then a week for voting in the election. [2]

12th July 2015
Candidates were confirmed and the Q&A session was announced on Central 12th July 2015 [3].

19th July 2015
Q&A session announced ended on Central 19th July 2015 [4].

22nd July 2015
Q&A session reopened as first announcement was missed by some as it wasn't sent out as a special notice 22nd July 2015 [5]

Candidates statements [7] published and Q&A opened on Central 3rd February 2014, notified to all owner addresses and on Central [8]

Election notice sent to all owner addresses and Central 11th February 2014 [9] including links to candidate Q&A session summary [10]

21st February 2014
Election results sent to all owner addresses and Central 21st February 2014 [11]
