#FreegleHour - Social networking on twitter
The 1st Thursday of each month 9pm - 10pm
WHAT IS Freegle Hour?
It is part of Twitter Chats conversations on Twitter centered around a specific hashtag (#) and topic. They're usually organised by an individual or group. Anyone can join in the discussion and follow along by searching for and using the name of the Twitter chat with a # in each tweet. In our case #Freeglehour
WHY TAKE PART IN #FREEGLEHOUR?
#FreegleHour will give you the opportunity to connect with other people who are interested in reuse and recycling. You'll also be able promote the benefits of freegling and engage with people in real time about what we do.

HOW CAN I TAKE PART IN #FREEGLEHOUR?
. Log in to Twitter between 9pm and 10pm on the first Thursday of each month.
.You can do this at twitter.com or using your usual Twitter application.
. Set up a search stream for #FreegleHour
. Write your tweets, remembering to use the hashtag of #FreegleHour in every tweet
. Start engaging with people taking part in #FreegleHour
. Don't forget to follow other #FreegleHour users.
(you can do this afterwards with the #FreegleHour stream)
. Tell your followers and friends about #FreegleHour, so they can join in the fun too.
DO I HAVE TO READ ALL THE TWEETS?
Not unless you're superhuman :-) Twitter hours can become very busy so think of it as being in a room with lots of people. You wouldn't be able to follow everyone's conversation; reply to people who ask you questions then pop back to the #FreegleHour stream and watch some more.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A FREEGLE OR PERSONAL TWITTER ACCOUNT?
If you know a friend or family member who has an account, ask them to log you in, set up a #FreegleHour search stream and get them to show you how to retweet. Then sit back, watch the conversations and retweet any that you like. Easy!
WHO CAN TAKE PART IN #FREEGLEHOUR?
Anyone. All you have to do is use the hashtag and join in the conversation. Everyone is welcome.
