Crossposting and Republisher Chase up

Discussion is ongoing on whether groups who use the chase up function in the Republisher and have a Keep it All in One Email rule need to consider whether the rule is necessary. The advisability of setting chaseups for a minimum of one week was also discussed.

The draft of a letter to be sent by Central Mods to new members of Central was discussed.
