Sample message: Too many wanteds

This is a sample message you could use to send to a member of your community. Please also see Best Practice Notes#'Wanted' posts are a good thing and try to avoid returning any wanted or request posts unless you're totally overwhelmed.

Hi there

I'm sorry to return your message, but we have a rule of X wanted messages per X. Please could you wait until X days have passed since your last request before posting this again?

Our experience is that you're more likely to get a good response to your requests if there aren't a lot all at once, so hopefully you'll be able to find what you want over an extended period.
