- Freegle registered with the FCA (formerly FSA) [[1]] under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 as an Industrial and Provident Society (IPS). The registration was made 13th June 2014, registration no. 32410R. The FCA can be contacted at 0300 5000597. The terminology changed for an IPS, and Freegle is now known as a Registered Society.
- The HMRC confirmed charitable registration of Freegle Ltd, using the same reg. no. as Freegle UK - XT32865 [[2]] on 11th March 2015.
