AGM 2026
Freegle is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2026 will be the twelfth AGM.
AGM 2026 outline Timetable:
30th July - Preliminary notice of meeting on Discourse and also sent to all volunteers via Modtools [1]
13th August - Announcement of the opening of Discourse group for the 2026 AGM [2]
22nd August - Formal notice of AGM sent to Member personal emails and Auditor (48 hours before minimum 14 day notice period)
23rd August - Formal notice of AGM posted on Discourse [3]
AGM Venue and Date: 10am 7th September to 9pm 9th September on Freegle Discourse forum [4]
