Annual Director Resignations and Election 2025

Annually at the AGM some Directors have to stand down in accordance with the Rules [[1]] and an election is held to fill vacancies.
For the AGM of 2025, the elected Directors standing down are Edward Hibbert, Wendy Lishman, Neil Morris and Penny Townsend.
This creates a total of four vacancies, to bring up the complement of Directors to nine.
The election for new Directors commenced on 1st September with a nomination deadline of 8th September 2025. There were xx nominations:
(As there were fewer candidates than vacancies, all xx candidates are elected unopposed by the Board.)
or
(The election voting opened on 12th September and closed on 21st September 2025)
