Here's one suggestion for sending business cards so the posting counts as a standard second-class letter:
- Add a postcard - this keeps it stiff and stops the cards shifting.
- Use an envelope that just fits the postcard.
- Add three stacks of cards - one in portrait, two in landscape. This should fit side by side within the envelope. A stack of five cards is the right height for the standard thickness of business cards from Instantprint.
- Wrap it in clingfilm.
- Seal the envelope with sellotape.
