Tortoises

There are legal restrictions on tortoises - see this guidance.

However, tortoises found in this country are usually Horsefields, which are Class B and are sold without needing any certificates. It's now extremely rare to see other species, and people who own the rarer ones tend to know that licences are needed.

So you only need to worry about a tortoise post if there's a particular reason to think it's an unusual species.
