As Freegle Ltd, we now have the Rules in place to safeguard against unpopular decisions by the Board. The principle remains firmly in place, however, that should a significant aspect of concern be raised, whether by a 'show-of-hands' poll on Central or other means, the Board will take these into account, and Members ultimately have the processes of Rules 25 and 26 to use if necessary.
