This is an Admin message you could use to send out to your group.

This group has a limit on the number of wanteds allowed per month by each member.

The current limit is ?? posts/items per month. Any posts in excess of this will be deleted or returned to the sender.

This policy does vary from group to group and is brought in usually to create a workable balance

between the offers and the requests.
