Frogspawn and tadpoles are a common seasonal offer on many of our communities. There is a good explanation from Froglife here which explains about the habitat requirements of frogspawn. This link is probably worthwhile to quote if you don't know whether to allow messages or not.
Some community volunteers do not allow offers and requests for any pond life including plants, because of the risk of transferring invasive species, unwanted bugs/pests, bacteria and diseases. Some very invasive plants are banned in garden centres and from transfer within the UK – see Plants.
