Directors are Trustees and should:
- Act in Freegle's best interests,
- Manage Freegle's resources responsibly, and
- Act with reasonable care and skill.
Directors are also expected to:
- Attend regular Board Meetings, and to have read all papers presented to that meeting.
- Follow and contribute to discussion between meetings, except where circumstances prevent them from doing so.
