On communities with more than one moderator, two or more can be online at the same time - which can cause confusion if they're both dealing with the same message at once.
There are a few ways around this:
- Create a joint account (e.g. a shared email or calendar) where you can arrange separate shifts, or log in/out via http://wiki.ilovefreegle.org/Mod_groups
- Keep in contact via the Chat section for volunteers of your community on ModTools, to agree a timetable, or just send a simple signing in/off message.
