Dear Member
These is a sample message you could use to send to a member of your community.  Please have a look at [[Best Practice Notes#'Wanted' posts are a good thing]] and try to avoid sending back any wanted or requests unless you are totally overwhelmed!


We are sorry to have to refuse you post but *** freegle  has a limit on the number of wanted items per month that can be requested.


The limit is ? posts per month each containing not more than ? requests for items.

We have imposed this limit in order to balance out the offers and wanteds and to prevent members leaving because they feel they are being taken advantage of.
Our experience is that you are more likely to get a better response to your requests if there aren't a lot all at once, so hopefully you will be able to find the items you want over an extended period.
